Noel personality type is ESFJ, but I'm not sure if ESFJ is correct. I think it's ESTJ, but that's just one of my guesses. I have no doubt that I'm an ESFJ.
What are the best ways to improve my relationship with my parents?
I don't know how to do this exactly, but one thing I've noticed is that the more I know about how my parents are, the better I feel. I have learned so much about their personal lives, especially about their childhoods. Being able to understand why they do what they do has helped me become more sympathetic to their position.

I know they're not treating you the way they treated me. Maybe it's because you don't want them to know all your secrets. If you can convince them that they need to know secrets, they will probably treat you better.
