What are the most important things that you have learned from your experience with Taekwondo?
Firstly, I have learned the importance of discipline. It teaches me to have good self-control, to discipline myself in all aspects of my life. Secondly, I have learned about competition, which is very important in sports. It teaches me to be focused on my goal. Thirdly, I have learned the value of hard work. But above all, I have come to appreciate the way Taekwondo teaches me to be patient. It teaches me to be persistent, to stay calm when I am nervous. And these are all things that are not easy to learn.
