Nikuko personality type is ESFJ, which is the most common of the 16 personality types. ESFJ is also known as the “companion/caretaker” personality. ESFJs are people who tend to be very social and caring, and who enjoy being with other people. They’re confident and outgoing, and they’re generally cheerful and optimistic – which is what makes them so wonderful at being friends and coworkers. ESFJs often have a hard time expressing their true thoughts and feelings, so they tend to do so in a roundabout way. They’ll often say things like: “I know you’re not happy with that assignment, but I thought you’d be happier with this one. I mean, it’s got a lot more responsibility.” ESFJs tend to be very practical and good at dealing with details, which makes them good at writing reports and other forms of documentation. They’re also very loyal to their friends and family. If you’re an ESFJ, you might be a little bit self-conscious about your confidence and assertiveness – but don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.
