I think the biggest challenge I've overcome is my own mind. I think people always have to overcome their own minds, to try to change things. And if you don't do that, you're not going to be happy. I don't think you should ever be happy with yourself, if you're not happy with yourself, you're not going to be happy with other people. You're never going to be happy with other people if you're not happy with yourself. If you're always trying to be perfect, you're never going to be happy.
What do you believe is the best way to gain knowledge about yourself?
I don't know if I have a good answer for this one. I think it's important to try to understand other people, and other cultures.
