Growing up, Tom was always the quiet one, but he was a good, kind hearted person. As he got older, however, he began to have an anger problem because of his ill-fated marriage. He was ashamed of this and tried to cover it up as much as possible. He became distant from his family and never let anyone in his life get too close. He was a very private person and had little to no friends. Around the time that he began to make it big, however, he began to let people in and began to share his emotions with them.
In his younger years, he was rather awkward, but as he got older he became a bit more confident and more comfortable with himself.
