Elias Ainsworth personality type is INTJ, you probably have a pretty good idea of what being an INTJ is like and how they tend to operate. I am just doing a bit of a write up on my own experiences and thoughts on the INTJ personality as it applies to me.

INTJs are often great at reading people and can often be called upon to solve problems when they arise. They are usually extremely good at formulating solutions and making decisions, which is why they make great leaders.
As a leader, INTJs are highly valued by those around them as they can often be counted on to make decisions that are not always popular with those around them, but which are ultimately for the best for everyone.
