ESFJs are very capable of caring for themselves, but they often have difficulty learning to take care of themselves first. 3 9 E - ENTJ Myer Keirsey This is the only Myers-Briggs Type that I have not written about yet. I have a lot of respect for Keirsey's work, and I think his "Dominant Intuitive" is a valuable variation on the traditional MBTI. However, there are a lot of problems with Myer-Briggs, and I don't know how valuable this particular personality type really is. The ENTJ personality type is the "Director," the leader who takes charge and gets things done.
