Alberto personality type is ESFP, but it is not uncommon for them to get stuck in the INFJ mode of thinking. As an INFJ, I have often felt frustrated with myself for not being more articulate or clear in expressing my thoughts, but I have grown to accept that, unlike the extroverted ESTPs, I am not really wired to be an extrovert. I am more comfortable being quiet and reflective, so being an INFJ has worked well for me on that front.
I have also noted that I tend to be more on the introverted side of things, so being an INFJ works well for me on that front as well. I have found that I have a tendency to become very analytical when I am analyzing things on my own, so being an INFJ has helped me to become more introspective and reflective. It has helped me to become more self-aware and to take a step back and consider things from a different perspective.
The ESFP is a very energetic and outgoing type, so they often do not want to take the time to reflect and consider things from all angles. However, because of their introverted nature, it is not uncommon for them to become stuck in the INFJ mode of thinking.
