Paul personality type is ISTP, in that they have a very concrete, realistic view of the world. They are very practical in their approach to life and their work. ISTP’s are very detail-oriented and their attention to detail is driven by their desire for accuracy and perfection. While ISTP’s are good at making decisions and getting things done, they are often to busy with the details of a task to see the big picture. This is a problem for ISTP’s because they are not good at seeing the end result or the overall purpose of a given project. This can make it difficult for ISTP’s to delegate responsibility and move on to the next task.
In my experience, INFJ’s don’t like having their responsibilities delegated out to team members. They have a fine line between being the “visionary” and the “manager”. As with all the I’s, INFJ’s like to be in charge of their own work and they don’t like to have anyone else tell them how to do their job.
