Shinta Fukuda personality type is ESTP, but I doubt that. ESTP is not the least dogmatic personality type, or the least extroverted, or the least mature, or the least emotionally involved, or the least inventive, or the least concerned with the future, or the least likely to make a run at the top of the church. No, ESTP is not any of those things. It seems to me someone who is intellectually curious but not dogmatic, carefree but not irresponsible, spontaneous but not emotionally erratic, and capable of sustained effort but not especially driven. This is the personality type that was described by Carl Jung as "the typical man" because he is able to think his way through almost any problem, but not so much that he is wrapped up in his own ideas that he doesn't have time for other people.
If you are interested in Jungian type, I would recommend this book.
I chose the title because it seems to be a fairly common name for an uncertain personality type.
