Shun Shiratori personality type is ISFJ, so she's a pretty fun character to write. She's the least developed of the main characters, but she's also the most important. If she doesn't end up with Neptune, then we know for sure that there won't be a sequel or a finale. It doesn't take too much work to figure out, and I personally like it that way.
Nepgear: This is probably the most well-developed character of the bunch. She's pretty much the heart and soul of the series, and her involvement in the story is what makes it all work. With that in mind, it's no surprise that she's pretty much the only one to get an actual route. We also get to see more of her family and friends, and I think that's really important in a series this heavy with drama and tragedy.
Neptune: The only other character that we get to see much of is Neptune, and she's just as important in the story as Nepgear. Heck, I think she's the bigger character in general, and I think her introduction in this game is one of my favorite moments in the series.
