Naomi personality type is ESFP, and I’m pretty sure she’s the only person in the world who understands why it feels so good to be a parent.
I’ve always been a fan of being on the other side of the camera, so it was a lot of fun to write about my life of parenting and getting up at 4:30 a.m. to take my kids to school.
It was a real joy to share how my life has changed since becoming a mom and watch other parents face their fears and make changes to their lives. All of my best friends are moms, and I have great respect for them, ever since I saw their babies grow up.
I would say that one of the most profound moments of my whole experience was when I met a man who was in a wheelchair and was going through chemo. After we talked on the phone, he told me he was going to try to live as long as possible, because he didn’t want to give his wife a baby with cancer. He asked me if he should have a baby before he dies, and I asked him if he wanted to spend the rest of his life with me.
