Sometime before the year 1898, Miliken became a prison guard working at the Sisika Penitentiary. Milliken and another guard named Jenkins are seen at the prison. Officer Jenkins and Milliken were assigned to transport a few prisoners, including the online protagonist for a work detail. During the trip, a stagecoach and a group of armed men block the road. One of the men, Horley, tells the two guard to drop their guns and not to do anything foolish. Horley then orders Jenkins to release the prisoners in the paddy wagon and tells them to leave or else they’ll be killed, to which both guards comply.
