Igor personality type is ISFP, but I'm not sure if I would go so far as to say that he's an ISFJ. He can be very bossy and controlling, and this would definitely be an example of an ISFP personality type. And even though he is a very outgoing and (in a way) sociable person, he can also be very passive, especially when it comes to his relationship with Joanna. And it's not that he doesn't care about her, he's just too timid to express this. So what we see is mostly his dominant Fe using the Fi to control his Fe. But as I said, sometimes he can be quite passive and withdrawn, especially when confronted with something he might not be able to deal with.
Since he is an ISFP, he is definitely drama queen but in a good way. He's very much in love with Joanna and he constantly shows it, but he's a bit too submissive to express this in a direct way.
And I'm not sure if I would call him an ISFJ, but I have to say that he is definitely very friendly with people and very kind, especially to Joanna.
