I think it's safe to assume that Tharja and Sully aren't the same, but I'm not sure if they are completely different characters or if their personalities are just very similar. I think it's safe to assume that Sully is an ISTJ, as Tiago is an ENTJ, and then you can conclude that Tharja is an ISTJ because she is similar to Sully in personality.
