The Wisp siblings are both high-functioning introverts, and they maintain an air of detachment because they are, in fact, very intelligent and sophisticated. However, they still have a tendency to be very naive, and they also tend to be very self-centered. I believe that this is due to the fact that they are both extremely intelligent. They like to pretend that everything is okay in their lives, when in reality, there are a million problems that need to be attended to.
The Wisp siblings are both very good at manipulating people into doing their bidding, which is why they aren't too worried about the fact that no one believes them when they say that someone is trying to kill them.
Despite the fact that the Wisp siblings are very much alike, I find that their personalities are pretty different. While I'd say that Pippy is more of a typical ENFP, I'd say that Billy is more of a typical INFP.
Pippy's personality is adorable, and he's so sweet that you can imagine him being a beloved human child. However, his behavior is definitely not very child-like or innocent.
