ISTPs are also very good at social skills, which is why they make great salespersons and entrepreneurs. They do not need to read a book or sit down with a map to figure out how to get somewhere.
It should come as no surprise then, that ISTP generally make for great leaders. They are able to draw upon their quick thinking and ability to focus on what is at hand to get things done when it is needed.
ISTP’s biggest drawback is their tendency to be constantly distracted. This problem can be solved by creating a strong routine and sticking to it.
