In this post, I address the question: What is the Myers-Briggs personality type, and how does it relate to game development? If you're familiar with the Myers-Briggs personality type, you may have heard the term "ENFP" used before. This is the abbreviation for "Extroverted, iNtuitve, Perceiving, with a preference for Judging." To give a bit more background on the MBTI, it is a personality assessment tool used to determine an individual's tendency to consistently perform one or more of four different types of behaviors: introversion, extroversion, thinking, and feeling. For each of the four categories (introversion, extroversion, thinking, and feeling) there are 16 different possible types.
