Cleo personality type is ISTJ, which means she learns best through a “top-down approach” of getting information from others. She learns best when she is being taught or shown things, rather than having to figure it out herself.
This is a good thing for her, because her current major is Computer Science, with a focus in Software Engineering. She’s also taking a course in Visual Basic, which is basically coding software. The way she learned was to be very passive, and let others show her the information.
She didn’t use her own brain to learn this stuff. She learned from a textbook, or by going to class and listening, which is how she learned most of her classes thus far. The class she’s in now is mostly about learning about how to program for the computer, which is the kind of information she’d been looking for, since she doesn’t know how to code, and would like to learn.
The problem with this is that she hasn’t had the opportunity to learn how to actually do it. She’s just taking a course in the subject, and is getting a general idea of what it is and what she needs to know.
