Thoughts on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator
TL;DR: I don’t really know what to say to this. This isn’t accurate. I was never told this. The whole thing is nonsense.
I’m not sure if you are an extrovert or introvert because the way you express yourself might be different from how you feel, but I can tell you that if you are an extrovert, you should be able to talk about your emotions and feelings and how you want to feel without having to make a list of emotions and feelings and how it would feel like and why and all that. You can express everything you want to express without having to make a list of everything you want to say. It is okay to not know everything about yourself and okay to not be able to describe everything in your life all at once. So please, don’t come at me with this whole Myers-Briggs thing, because I don’t know what this person is talking about.
