She is very responsible and protective, even when it comes to her own subordinates. She is also a very motherly figure to the lower-ranking shinigami, often trying to help them with their problems. She often has a motherly tone, however she has been shown to be very stern with her subordinates. She is also fairly assertive and decisive from time to time, as she always knows what needs to be done.
