They are often nurturing, interested in outdoing others in service to others, and are often quite generous towards others. But they are not pushy or overbearing. ISFJs give their ultimatums with a smile on their face, because they want to help their loved ones. They want to bring out the best in their loved ones, not the worst. ISFJs are often very concerned with family, friends and acquaintances. They are often quite good at reading people, and can offer insightful counsel, advice and concern when needed. ISFJs often help out at social events and gatherings, giving helpful suggestions and holding back the tide of the party. They are often quite patient with people who are just beginning to develop an interest in something, patiently showing them around, encouraging them and showing them how to do it. ISFJs are often very good organizers, helping out at parties and social events, making sure everything is running smoothly.
