You're right, my perception of ISTP is not "most balanced", though I've spent a lot of time with ISTPs and they are the most interesting type to me. I have to disagree with you on this point though. I don't think that ISTPs are the most balanced type, if anything, I think that ENTPs are the most balanced type. You're also incorrect about Thena being an ISTP, it's not even an option for the sake of being an ISTP.
