Javi Elizonndro personality type is ESTP, and I am a serial entrepreneur. I first came to met this type when I was talking to my friend, who is an ENTJ. She asked me what my personality type was and I said ESTP, and she looked at me with the same look as if I said that I have the DNA of a chimp. "Well, it is time for your next lesson then."
In an ESTP personality, we are always interested in new things. We love discovering new things, new people and new ways of doing things. But because we are not the most organized people in the world, we do not want to commit to a goal, project or a new way of doing things. Instead we prefer to do them one step at a time.
For example, I am obsessed with UX. I love it, I think it is the most important thing to learn if you ever want to be a good entrepreneur. But I have to find out what is UX first, how it works and how to implement it into my start-up idea. It is a juggling act that I have to keep up with. It cannot be done in one day or one week because of the time zone difference between here and there.
