The Game Master personality type is ENTP, so they would be the one who would have the idea that the players would enjoy the ability to play with the characters they created, and could easily see the advantage of this. So it seems likely that the Game Master is an ENTP.
My interpretation of this is that ENTPs are very good at creating a storyline for games, but that it's not so easy for them to find any sort of player involvement in it, because they don't like to play themselves. This probably explains why ENTPs can't seem to manage to get their players to take a role in their games, despite the fact that ENTPs are such strong storytellers.
The other interesting thing about this story is that the Game Master is portrayed as being capable of having a long-term relationship with his players. He is not portrayed as the sort of character who would cheat on them, or if he were, it would be with one of the other players. However, since this is an internet game, it seems likely that he is cheating on his players by having ongoing relationships (romantic or otherwise) with other women, who do not know that he is married to his wife.
