I don't know if J-Pop is a necessary requirement for an INTJ, but I can bet that the J-Pop industry was a big part of her childhood. From the beginning of her career, she's been working with composers that were well-known in the J-Pop world. Well, I'm sure that there were composers that she didn't get to work with because she wasn't able to make them see her potential. I also doubt that she was able to get proper training in music theory and composition.
When she joined AKB48, she was already a little over 20 years old, which is typical of INTJs that are still trying to "find themselves". It's normal that they already have their own style, but they still need time to develop it further.
