What is the personality type of Yoweri Museveni? Which MBTI personality type best fits? Personality type for Yoweri Museveni from Government Africa and what is the personality traits.
Yoweri Museveni personality type is ESTP, as I have described in my article on that type.
But the story is about how Idi Amin came to power.
As I said, Idi Amin was an ESTP. When he first became President of Uganda in 1971, his personality was still immature and undeveloped. He was the idealist who wanted to be a leader, but didn’t really know how to be one.
He was a risk-taker and was ready to try anything to shake things up and get the country moving, but he didn’t have the tools or the talent to make it work.
Because he was not a naturally brilliant man, he had to work hard and learn as he went along. In fact, he never achieved the level of mastery that is necessary to become an effective leader.
He had to learn on the job, and his early experiences were not good.
Idi Amin had a real problem with women. He was a misogynist who hated women. He said that his first wife and all her daughters were bastards, and he had no sympathy for his son, who he disowned. His second wife died at childbirth when their son was less than two years old.
General Yoweri Kaguta Museveni (born 15 September 1944) is a Ugandan politician and retired senior military officer who is the ninth and current President of Uganda since 1986. Museveni was involved in rebellions that toppled Ugandan leaders Idi Amin (1971–79) and Milton Obote (1980–85) before he captured power in 1986.
