Vince personality type is ESFP, and he is one of the most charismatic people I know. He is very energetic, outgoing, and has a terrific sense of humor.
I would say that one of his best qualities is his optimism. While I’m not at all an optimist, I think I understand myself better than I did before we met.
I was looking over some notes I had made for the interview and I noticed that the first thing that came up was the word “optimism”. Actually, that was the second thing that came up. The first one was “enthusiasm”. Then there was “passion”. Then “fun” and “vivacious”.
I think those are all good qualities to have, but I think it’s interesting that optimism is the first thing that came up in the notes.
I don’t know what it means, but it gives me an idea of how Vince sees himself. It’s almost like he sees himself as a person who is optimistic, enthusiastic, and full of passion.
