1. Let them be themselves, even when they're not sure what that is yet.
INFPs don't tend to be overly concerned with being "perfect." They're more interested in making art that is true to them and expressing themselves authentically. They're naturally creative and therefore don't need a lot of push to be inspired. They're usually pretty intuitive and can easily see where things are going.
As an INFP myself, I have learned that it's important to let the INFP be who they are and not try to change them into someone or something else. I've learned that by approaching an INFP with an idea or project it's best to ask them to simply tell you what they want to do.
