Autumn Miller personality type is ENFJ, but that doesn't make her any less capable of being a strong leader. She's been a very good team leader, and like I said, she's also been a very good mentor for the girls in the team, and not just in terms of leadership. She's very good at giving advice and helping younger people develop into stronger characters. Her leadership style is very different from mine. I've spent most of my time around ENFPs, and while I can certainly recognize that the stronger leaders in my life have had ENFJ characteristics, I don't have much experience being a leader myself.
I've found that I tend to be more of an "individual contributor." I'm not one of those people who needs a group to do things for me. I've found that I can make a lot of progress on my own. But as I've gotten older, I've also understood that there are times when it's really important for me to be part of a group. It's really hard to be an individual contributor if you're surrounded by people who are constantly criticizing you. So from both the ENFJ standpoint and from the ENFP standpoint, Autumn is a great leader.
