Magistrada personality type is INFJ, and I'm INFJ. The difference is that I feel more INFJ than ESFJ, and I've always sort of thought of both Ni and Fe as emotional/intuitive functions, so I don't think I'm an "ESFJ-er" at all. INFJ is my dominant function. The other function is SP (sensing preference). I am a very strong SP.
I do want to say first, though, that I know there's a difference between extroversion and introversion (or for those who haven't read MBTI, the difference between Fi and Fi/Fe). Extroverts are people who are more comfortable in the world and will naturally adopt that demeanor in most situations. Introverts are people who are more comfortable within themselves and will naturally adopt that demeanor in most situations. However, I think that both types have a place in society -- extroverts can be very good team leaders, while introverts can be very good team players.
Back on topic, the "extrovert" thing is a bit confusing because of the way MBTI is defined.
