Jordan personality type is INFP, because he's an ENFJ (systemizing type) who's idealistic and empathizing. So he's both "consulting" and "working with" people, but isn't meant to think of them as clients or customers. He doesn't do cookie-cutter "pitches," he's not a salesman. He has a great ear for what people are saying, and he can hear them tell their own stories. But he's not a good fit for most sales positions because his instincts are to talk and listen first and sell later. He's an INFP, so he has big problems with the "sales job" (not to mention the whole idea of being in a job at all).
He is also a type 1 (Fe), which is why he and his wife are trying so hard to get out of the rat race and get into their own company. They're both type 1s, and they're both very idealistic. They've even started their own company, but that's a different story!
