He is voiced by Daisuke Ono (Japanese) and Jeff Bennett (English).
Appearance
As a general, he has the same black armor as the other Black Dragons. He doesn't wear his helmet, but he wears a mask of some type. Unlike the other generals, he has white eyes with red irises. He wears a pair of dark-colored gloves and black boots. He wears a cape and yellow hair that reaches just below his shoulders.
Personality
Unlike the other generals, he can be considered as the closer to evil. He's usually seen with a very serious and grim face and a cold tone, he seems to enjoy fighting and killing not only his enemies, but also his allies, even if they are under him.
