Lar Gand "Mon-El" personality type is INFP, which makes him an ideal candidate for the Mon-El series. He is a bit more of a "bookworm" than El, but two worlds away in temperament. He is dealing with "what ifs" in his head and is still trying to figure out how to deal with them.
I think he would make a good "hero" in the series (which is not the same thing as a "villain").
I also think that he is a "perfect match" for Supergirl - as long as she does not have a "secret identity" and if the writers don't try to turn him into "somehow" a "super-villain".
I think that fans of Supergirl can enjoy this series, but will be better served if they read the tie-in comic book.
I know some fans are hoping that this will be the series that takes Supergirl to the big screen, but I think that this series would be more suited to being a TV show. I think that it would make a good "spin-off" series.
