Tobin personality type is ISFP, but for the sake of simplicity I’ll stick to “ISFP-T.”
ISFP-T is a creative type; they are the doers and dreamers, the artists and the musicians. They are the ones who will likely attempt to create the next “big thing.” They are the ones who will take risks and fail when they fail.
ISFP-T is the driver of creativity, but it’s important to remember that creativity is not something you can create on your own. There are no great ideas, or even good ideas, that come from nowhere.
This fact of life is not lost on ISFP-T. The ISFP-T is a person who seeks out other people’s ideas to fuel their own creativity. They are the advocates, the cheerleaders, the ones who can make you excited about something you might otherwise think was pointless or stupid.
ISFP-T is a person who would prefer to take a risk and fail than to do nothing. They are not afraid of failure, but ISFP-T does not want to let the fear of failure stop them from doing something or chasing an idea.
