Bonnie personality type is ISFJ, which stands for Introverted, Sensing, Feeling, Judging. The Introvert personality type is the less common of the two in the Myers-Briggs, making up about 15% of the population. I’m not sure what the Sensing personality type is, but I suspect that ISFJ is it. The introvert personality type is characterized by being quiet and reserved, and can be difficult to get to know because of this. They tend to have an internal life that they don’t share with many people, and they are usually hesitant to share anything personal with anyone.
My experience with ISFJs is that they are warm and friendly people, who are more comfortable in small, close-knit groups than in large group settings. They are great friends, and are loyal to their friends and family. They also can be great helpers at times, and can be quite creative in their own way. And, of course, they are passionate, hard-working individuals who make great employees.
The ISFJ personality type is often seen as the “doormat” type because they are generally so willing to please others, even if it makes them uncomfortable.
