He was a student in East Elementary School where he met his best friend, Jacob. By the age of 8, Nicolas started playing games like Pokémon and Super Mario World while Jacob was playing games like Final Fantasy and Super Metroid. After school, Nicolas would head to his Aunt's house to play games all day.
Nicolas also had an older brother named Paul who was five years older than him. When Paul was 7, he saw his mother kissing another man and became gay at the age of 8 because of it. When Nicolas was 9, he started to discover other boys his age who were homosexual or bisexual. He began to have crushes on his female teachers and classmates like Angie, Chad, and Taylor.
Nicolas Cantu is an American actor, voice actor, YouTuber, stand-up comedian, and animator best known for his roles as Gumball in The Amazing World of Gumball from season 5 onwards, and as Prince James in Sofia the First for 14 episodes from 2016 to 2018.
