Body Immobilization personality type is ESTJ, so he's the son of an ESTJ parent, who just so happens to be a military officer. Not only does he have a lot of rules to follow and an authoritarian father figure to listen to, he also has a lot of expectations for himself and his family. The only problem is that he doesn't know how to manage his emotions, which leads to a lot of poor choices.
His parents have told him time and time again that he's a failure, and all he can do is try to live up to that, which leads him to being very, very angry. This is because all of his emotions are held in check, and if they aren't, they're all bottled up in his chest. He's afraid of showing his family and friends that he's capable of emotion, so he holds all of it in.
When it comes to his career, he's a bit more on the extreme side. He throws himself into his job, and doesn't allow anything or anyone to get in the way of him doing his job. He's very good at it too, but he's not really good at anything else. So when it comes to relationships, he's a bit of a hot mess.
