In the study, the authors obtained the results of personality test scores by the ENTP and the ENFJ on the Big Five Inventory, which was made available to the general public by Hogan et al. (2003). The general public could then provide their scores on the Big Five Inventory to the researchers.
The major finding in this study was that the ENTP group scored significantly higher on E than on N, while the ENFJ group scored significantly higher on N than E.

The findings of this study are important for any INTP personality type that wants to make use of the skills of the ENTP type.
However, the findings are not applicable to those INTP personalities who wish to seek out a relational partner who is an ENFJ type.
ENFJ types are more interested in seeking a partner that has a strong sense of identity and purpose. They do not want to be with someone who is not strong on either of these dimensions.
