The MBTI ISTJ vs. ESTJ:
ISTJs who know they're ISTJs can have a tough time integrating their introverted thinking with their extraverted sensing (ES), and their introverted intuition (IN). They tend to think more logically than their extraverted counterparts, and they often feel like they're the only ones who ever feel this way. Or they may be the only ones who feel that way in the ENTJ community.
There is a lot of overlap between ISTJ and ESTJ, but there are some subtle differences that I think can help us understand each other better. The ENTJ community tends to think of ISTJs as "sensible", which is something I've been accused of many times. This is probably a result of the fact that I often have to explain my reasons to people who have not read my books.
