Reverse Harem personality type is ESFJ, and the ENFJ and ISTJ are the other two.
When I hear about the concept of the 'Reverse Harem' I imagine a woman who has a string of boyfriends while still in her teens.
For some reason, my brain seems to draw the ENTJ and ESFJ together, which leads me to believe that they are the most likely pair to be in a relationship that would be termed a 'reverse harem'.
I have only met one person in my life who has fit this description, and he was an ENTJ, so I can't speak from experience. Having said that, I imagine that he would fit the Reverse Harem personality type.

A reverse harem includes three or more characters who potentially show romantic interest in a female protagonist. The sex, gender, or orientation of the harem members is irrelevant as long as they exclusively, or at least primarily, are vying for the affections of the same individual - who may or may not reciprocate towards one, several, or none of these romantic rivals.
