Myrna Personality Type, MBTI

Myrna personality type is ESTJ, the “the master of organization and control.” I’ve always been a huge fan of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), so I’ve been enjoying learning more about the different types. The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a reliable and valid instrument for classifying individuals into one of 16 personality types. The MBTI is sometimes called the “psychological test for determining one’s personality type”. There are many different test versions, but the most common is the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), which has been used in over 70% of Fortune 500 companies. The MBTI is not a test of intelligence, but rather a test of how an individual processes information and makes decisions. It is a reliable and valid instrument for classifying individuals into one of 16 personality types based on four factors: the four dichotomous preferences: (1) Extraversion/Introversion, (2) Intuition/Sensation, (3) Thinking/Feeling, (4) Judgment/Perception.
