Pran personality type is ISTJ, so I often find myself stuck in my own head, like in the case with my mother. I’m used to being quiet and listening to what others have to say. I feel that my mother’s constant criticism and the way she treated me hurt me deeply. At first, I didn’t know how to deal with it because I thought that she was upset because I was moving to America and wasn’t going to be able to see her anymore. As I came to realize that it was my place to be upset, I came to terms with the fact that I had to stand up for myself.
I don’t like the idea of people feeling sorry for me because I’m unable to stand up for myself and defend myself. But I do understand that it is easier said than done. If you have a Pran personality type, you know that it is hard to express yourself on your own, especially when you have others around you who are not as strong as you are.
I have learned that sometimes when people are mad at you, it is because they are trying to protect themselves.
