Billy Birrell personality type is ISTP, so they like to be "in their head" and "in their own world" so to speak, as a matter of fact, I have a friend who is ISTP and she is an absolutely amazing person, she's a great friend and an amazing person. ISTPs are extroverts, like extroverts, but have a very different personality type. Extroverts are people who like to talk to people, ISTPs are not. ISTPs are always thinking about something or some issue in their minds; they're constantly thinking about something. To the extrovert, they're not even there because they're thinking and they're not even listening to you. They're just thinking and they're doing it in their heads and they're thinking about something else. ISTPs are strong thinkers and can be really smart; however, it can make them really withdrawn and for some reason, I think it's because they're introverted and thinking about something else all the time. They're not always thinking about what you're talking about, just that thought in their mind.
