Lonely Wizard personality type is ESFP, not ESFJ. I am an INFJ, with the Jungian archetype of the introvert, if that makes any difference (and to be honest, I don't feel like it should). So I can only guess that your theory on ESFPs being more extroverted than ESTPs is not correct.
I've heard ESFPs are more extroverted than ESTPs, but I've never heard ESFJs being more extroverted than ESFPs. But that doesn't mean they aren't extroverted in some areas.
As an INFJ, I can tell you that I'm more introverted than extroverted. I'm generally quiet and reserved and don't really have a preference for either. And my temperament is such that I get easily bored and upset when I am in a state of boredom and I like to have a lot of things to do. I also have a high level of sensitivity and can feel others' emotions very strongly.
I was very surprised when I was asked to do a personality test for the first time, because I always thought I was an introvert, but I guess there's always something you can discover about yourself by doing these tests.
