Where does the idea come from?
The idea of an "ice queen" or "ice king" is a common one, as well as the idea of being "cold and calculating" and "introverted".
It's not uncommon to see this idea in fiction, such as in the Dragon Age series.
It's also part of the Fi type, but it's not uncommon for Fi to be an "Ice Queen" type.
It's been around for a long time and at least one author has written about it before me.
The first example I can find is from 1933:
