“I’ve been in situations where I had to be responsible for others’ lives. So I guess that’s where it comes from,” he says. “I have to be responsible for other people’s actions, otherwise I can’t do my job.”
But Moesgaard is quick to point out that he doesn’t always see eye-to-eye with his colleagues.
“Sometimes I don’t agree with my colleagues, but I try to work with them as much as possible, because they’re smart people, and I learn a lot of things from them,” he says. “It’s not just about what we think. We should try to understand how each other thinks, because we all have our own way of thinking and our own values.”
