Marco Resco personality type is ISTP, and a person with this type will frequently have a tendency to have one or more extraverted Thinking, Intuitive, and Feeling aspects. My ISFP personality type is the most likely to have an extraverted Feeling, and I recently read an article that gave some very interesting insights into the Feeling aspect. The article is called “You May Want to Feel Your Feelings, but That Doesn’t Mean You Have to” by Jeanette Lee, Ph.D., and it is listed in the ISFP section of my blog.
The article explains how the Feeling function gives us a very accurate picture of the world around us and how we are feeling in those situations. The article lists four “laws of feelings” which are:
Feelings are not always accurate. Feelings are not always correct. Feelings can be overwhelming. Feelings can be scary (and dangerous).

When we feel overwhelmed by how much of a particular feeling we are experiencing, we get paralyzed and unable to make any sort of decision or take any sort of action in that situation.
