The main character of the film, Vinnie is a young man who is relentless in his pursuit of his passion: stunt driving. As a result, he often puts himself in unnecessary situations, but he also has the tenacity to continue on while others give up. He’s not a knowledgeable engineer, but he loves cars and is willing to learn anything he can. He’s also very good at making friends (especially women), but he often forgets about their names. In other words, he’s a little bit like me.
Stunt Driver, but Not Really
I think it’s pretty obvious that the character of Vinnie is based off of Stunt Driver and his friends. But there are some elements that are different:
Vinnie’s main love interest is the one woman who is always willing to go along with his nonsense. Her name is Marion, and she shares many similarities with my friend’s girlfriend.
