Akira personality type is ISTJ, but I think that is a bit of a stretch.
I’ve seen ISTJ types that are more into project management than anything else, and I’ve seen others that are more into getting things done than anything else. I’ve also seen both types of ISTJ types take on leadership roles, although I think it’s usually the leadership role that has the most to do with project management.
It’s not a quick thing to get ISTJ type people in leadership positions, so rather than criticizing them for not doing their job, I just see them as people who are not doing their job.
Now, there are plenty of ISTJ type people that ARE project managers, but there are also plenty of other ISTJ type people who are project managers too. It’s a type that works well with many different tasks, and it’s also not one that you would necessarily see in an office setting.
ISTP personality type is ESTP
I think it is obvious that I like ISTP type people. ISTP is one of my favorite types.
